Athens Brain Center uses high-resolution X-Rays and an infrared camera system to pinpoint tumors seconds before treatment. With this level of precision, our doctors can deliver higher treatment doses with submillimeter accuracy, protecting healthy tissue and potentially improving long-term clinical results.

With Brainlab’s I-plan software, as well as collaboration by our team, we map out and pre-program a treatment plan for each individual patient. This technology provides accuracy available only through stereotactic radiosurgery and keeps patients more comfortable. It’s more convenient, safe, and treats tumors both inside and outside of the brain.

Our technology provides frameless treatment to brain cancer patients. That means patients don’t have to wear an invasive — and very uncomfortable — metal band for treatment. This approach minimizes patient discomfort, destroys more tumors, and saves more lives.
