To ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff, we ask for your cooperation in following our visitor policy for all treatment areas. These measures are in place to protect against accidental contact with hazardous medications and to provide a safe healing environment for everyone.

Visitor Age Requirement

  • For their safety, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Infusion and Injection areas.
  • Children are welcome in our waiting areas but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Visitor Limits by Location

Main Campus (Building 800)

  • Infusion Areas: Patients may have a maximum of two (2) visitors.
  • Injection Room: Due to limited space, additional visitors are asked to please wait in the main lobby.

All Satellite Offices

  • Patients may have a maximum of one (1) visitor.
  • Please note that on high-volume days, our staff may need to limit visitation to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Exceptions to this policy are rare and must be pre-approved by practice leadership. If you have any questions or believe you have a special circumstance, please speak with the Charge Nurse.

Thank you for your understanding and partnership in maintaining a safe environment for all.
