All patients have the right to considerate, respectful care at all times and under all circumstances, with recognition of their personal dignity and autonomy.  University Cancer & Blood Center, LLC will develop, implement, and adhere to policies intended to assure practices that will respect the rights of all patients regardless of race, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion, age, disability, diagnosis or sources of payment for care.

You have the right to file a grievance with the Georgia Composite Medical Board concerning the physician, staff, office and treatment received. The patient should either call the board with such a complaint or send a written complaint to the board. The patient should be able to provide the physician or practice name, the address and the specific nature of the complaint. You may report complaints to the Board at the following address or telephone number:
