Michelle Clark, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, joined the Live Well team at UCBC in May 2022. Michelle graduated from Elon University with a degree in Psychology. Michelle went on to receive her MSW from The University of Georgia, School of Social Work in 1996. She received her LCSW licensure in 2014. She has over 20 years of medical social work experience in the fields of dialysis and hospice in both Florida and Georgia. Michelle is also a part time instructor for the School of Social Work at The University of Georgia.
