Alisa Ferguson initially earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Radiologic Sciences before moving on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Augusta University. She is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and American Society for Radiation Oncology. She has worked as a Physician Assistant in primary care and urgent care.

She now lives in Athens, but was raised in the military, and has lived all over the country, as well as in South Korea. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, playing board games, and finding new local coffee shops.
