Meaghan Mize, a certified Physician Assistant, joined UCBC’s Radiation Oncology office in October of 2019. Meaghan graduated summa cum laude from Young Harris College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and was a member of the Alpha Chi Honors Society. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Augusta University, during which time she was the director of Christ Church Health Clinic and was awarded the John Palmer Award for Professionalism. She is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and American Society for Radiation Oncology. In her time off, Meaghan enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, traveling, and going to church.
