To ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff at all eight of University Cancer & Blood Center’s locations, we continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and work to proactively ensure our patients and workforce remain safe and protected.
At present, only patients are allowed inside the UCBC facilities. Companions will be asked to remain outside of UCBC facilities to minimize unnecessary exposure.
For the health and safety of all UCBC patients, their family members, and our staff, we are encouraging our patients to utilize our OPTIONAL Telehealth services if/when possible, in lieu of on-site appointments during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Please click here to learn more about our virtual Telehealth appointments. UCBC is also offering Curbside Lab Services at our Athens location for established patients. For those coming to UCBC facilities for treatment or in-person appointments, UCBC will be screening all patients for symptoms of COVID-19 at the door.
